"I’m not surprised this firm has Five stars as I couldn’t recommend more highly I contacted this plumber at 7:30 in the evening, not expecting much given the late hour, and was genuinely astonished to have the job fully completed by 10 o’clock the following morning. The speed and efficiency were remarkable, but what made the experience truly stand out was how pleasant he was throughout - professional, friendly, and clearly someone who takes real pride in his work. In a world where good tradespeople can be hard to come by, this felt like a rare find. I would recommend him without a moment’s hesitation. Thank you! 1st April 2026 I almost don’t want to write this because I’d quite like to keep him to myself, but he really is that good. He’s helped both my mum and my daughter, and in both cases was incredibly responsive. He came out the same day when my mum (85) had no water to her toilet, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it without any fuss. He was just as brilliant with my daughter, coming out the same day and even returning again later that day to make sure everything was properly sorted. That level of efficiency and commitment is rare. He’s actually an engineer as well, which shows as he really understands what he’s doing. But what stands out most is his honesty. He tells you exactly what the issue is, doesn’t try to add unnecessary work, and is very reasonably priced. You feel you can trust him completely. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely lovely person - calm, kind, and someone you’re very comfortable having in your home. I trust him so much I’m now getting him to redecorate my entire bathroom. Genuinely one of the best I’ve come across."

"Fouad and Amin arrived within 30 minutes of my call and they were excellent from start to finish. For the first job, they cleared blocked pipes at several points, restoring full functionality to the plumbing system. The second issue — a burst pipe — was more complex, but they took the time to investigate carefully, identify the root cause and they would not stop until they resolved the issue, even returning the next day to ensure everything was fully sorted. They explained what they were doing throughout both jobs, they worked methodically, patiently, thoroughly, and they were courteous, approachable and professional the entire time. It was an excellent service, they displayed outstanding high-quality workmanship all at a great price! I definitely recommend IQ Plumbing and will be using them again in the future!"
