"I contacted IQ plumbing for a leak in the bathroom. Fouad came out within the hour and confirmed it was from my neighbours flat above. He was happy to come and talk to them with me and advised on next steps. At the same time he checked a boiler leak and and after I was fobbed off by British Gas, came back and repaired it for me. He was really friendly and responsive and got the jobs done, explaining everything as he went. He's obviously very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend!"

"Called IQ this morning after my neighbour in the flat below me complained about a water leak into his property. I reluctantly sourced a plumber out (checked the glowing reviews on google and was it’s got to be IQ Plumbing Services) even though I knew I had no leak in my flat! Amin answered politely and confirmed attendance within an hour and the fixed cost. He arrived well within that time, professional, friendly, experienced and immediately put me at ease being glad I chose them. He efficiently checked my toilet, basin and shower tray and confirmed there is no leak in my property. He looked outside onto my balcony - confirming that was the issue and said I needed to contact the building management as they were responsible for this. At least I got my bully neighbour off my back and the building management are arranging for their contractor to attend and resolve. I will try and get my bully neighbour to reimburse me for this cost. I’m happy with Amin’s expertise, kind mannerism, I’ve saved their number for any future plumbing or boiler issues.
